"Good food and good wine bring people together around the table, and we should be mindful of the skills and dedication needed to produce a perfect cheese or even a perfectly baked loaf of bread. As a family winery, we rely on generations of accumulated knowledge to make our wines," said Gina Gallo. "We want to help preserve the knowledge needed and encourage the craftsmanship required to create foods that speak of the place they come from and delight the palate with their unique flavors."
