California Wine Press publishes two internet magazines.

www.californiawineandfood.com (CWF) addresses the interests of restaurant and hospitality professionals.

Since beginning our internet publication over six years ago, we’ve provided a unique look at the region’s foods and wine. In our first 12 months we received some 18 awards for web site design and heard very flattering comments from other editors and publishers. We’ve grown steadily over these years and have developed a substantial audience of chefs, food and beverage directors, restaurant owners and managers and hoteliers.

From the beginning, we worked on getting good search engine placement and soon discovered that our success was helping to attract quite a few readers/site visitors who weren’t members of the restaurant and hospitality trade. These readers were consumers and also seemed to like our style. We soon began planning for a related, but separate, internet publication to serve their needs.

www.tastecaliforniatravel.com (TASTE) made its debut a couple of years later. Our second publication has progressed nicely, too. Its readers enjoy our informative and entertaining editorial and our offbeat style of wine reviews. They visit TASTE’s Resource Directory in ever-increasing numbers as they realize that, although it’s easily the biggest of its kind, it’s also very easy to use.

These publications are independent and editorial decisions are ours alone. We do accept advertising and further information about reaching our two audiences can be found elsewhere at the sites.
